【Job Description】
1. Market and Customer Analysis
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior.

2. Marketing Strategy Planning
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

3. Marketing Campaigns and Promotions
- Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

4. Online and Offline Marketing
Online Marketing
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE).
- Plan and optimize advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads and Google Ads).
- Create content, captions, and video materials.
- Monitor and analyze advertising performance, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

Offline Marketing
- Support and coordinate offline marketing activities and promotional events.

5. Data Collection and Performance Analysis
- Collect, monitor, and analyze marketing data to improve campaign effectiveness.

【Qualification】
- Able to communicate in both English and Chinese.
- Age between 25–35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and marketing strategies.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing plans.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE and Xiaohongshu Little Red Book / RED).
- Knowledge of online advertising (Facebook Ads and Google Ads).
- Portfolio showcasing marketing campaigns and/or content creation projects.
- Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
