【Job Description】
- Investigate and assess insurance claims, including property, casualty, and other insurance types, to determine the extent of damage and appropriate compensation.
- Visit incident sites, interview insured parties and witnesses, verify policy conditions, collect and analyze documents, and prepare clear and detailed loss reports.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, legal and technical experts, and other stakeholders to ensure fair and timely claim settlements.
- Maintain accurate records, comply with regulatory and company standards, and provide professional guidance to clients throughout the claims process.

【Qualification】
- Male / Female
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering) or related field
- 1-2 years of work experience in related field, but experience with insurance industry a plus
- Proficient communication skills in both verbal and written Thai and English
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and negotiate
claims successfully
- A positive attitude, proactive, hardworking, with high responsibility
- Good teamwork player, also ability to work independently
- Available for traveling upcountry / abroad
- Newly graduates with Bachelor’s Degree are also welcome
