【Job Description】
- General Administration: Filing documents, welcoming visitors, preparing meeting rooms, and managing office supplies.
- Prepare documents, record data, and generate reports as assigned
- Acting as a liaison between departments and handling English email correspondence.
- Team Support and Continuous Learning: Collaborating with others, learning new systems or technologies, and pursuing continuous self-development.
- Administrative tasks, report preparation, and data entry.
- Secretarial Tasks (Ticket/Hotel Bookings): Coordination only, as external agencies are already secured.
【Qualification】
-0-2 years of experience in related field, newly graduates with Bachelor’s
Degree are also welcome
-Positive attitude with intention of self-development, high responsibility
-Willing to learn new things, new technology, etc.
-Good human relation and can work both independently and as teamwork
-Good command of both spoken and written English
-Proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet, Outlook, PowerPoint and
correspondences and skills on other communication platforms
-Basic knowledge of general office administration practices and procedures
