【Job Description】
-Oversee daily air cargo and freight operations at the airport.
-Manage cargo handling, warehouse, documentation, and ground operations teams.
-Coordinate with airlines, customs, freight forwarders, and government authorities.
-Develop and execute business strategies to grow cargo volumes and revenue.
-Ensure full compliance with aviation safety, security, and regulatory standards.
-Monitor KPIs, service quality, and on-time performance.
-Resolve operational issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
-Prepare performance and financial reports for senior management.

【Qualification】
-Male, Age 45-50 Years.
-Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in air cargo / freight / logistics operations.
-Strong leadership and team management background.
-Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
-Proven ability in planning, negotiation, and problem-solving.
