【Job Description】
- Furnace Operation: Set up and monitor heat treatment furnaces (quenching, tempering, etc.).
- Quality Control: Adjust parameters, test product hardness/microstructure, and analyze data.
- Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and handle equipment troubleshooting.
- Process Improvement: Drive self-initiated projects to cut defects, save energy, and boost efficiency.
- Any other related jobs

【Qualification】
- Technical Knowledge: Experience in heat treatment OR strong knowledge of metallic materials (castings, etc.).
- Mindset: Self-driven and proactive—able to identify issues and take action independently.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with other manufacturing departments.
