【Job Description】
⎼ Develop and maintain production plans for 32 injection molding machines.
⎼ Manage production schedule adjustments, including switching product runs in response to mold or product defects.
⎼ Provide daily updates during morning briefings, including status reports on mold overhauls and repairs.
⎼ Calculate necessary production hours by analyzing cavities per shot, cycle times, and setup/substitution durations.
⎼ Coordinate closely with the QC and Warehouse departments to ensure production schedules align with inventory levels and shipping requirements.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Open to candidates with or without production planning experience (experience is preferred).
⎼ Strong numerical ability to perform production calculations accurately.
⎼ Must hold a valid driver's license (motorcycle or car) as no shuttle service is provided.
⎼ Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Food Allowance: 55 THB/day
- Perfect Attendance Allowance: 600–800–1,000 THB/month
