【Job Description】
* Handle all HR functions, including recruitment, labor relations, general affairs, and HR administration
* Manage and supervise HR team members
* Develop and execute recruitment plans and oversee the recruitment process
* Manage onboarding and employee resignation procedures
* Maintain and improve HR policies, employment contracts, and employee records
* Handle visa and work permit applications and renewals
* Plan and organize company events and employee engagement activities
* Perform other duties as assigned

【Qualifications】
* Age between 40–45 years old
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources
* Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Manager position
* Experience in the IT or software industry is an advantage
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
