　　【Job Description】
　　　 - Oversee and support the day-to-day operation of the Odoo ERP system, ensuring smooth usage and system stability
　　　 - Support customer meetings to gather and document business requirements
　　　 - Assist in analyzing customer business processes and workflows
　　　 - Support ERP system configuration based on business requirements
　　　 - Prepare and migrate data from legacy systems to Odoo ERP
　　　 - Assist senior consultants with ERP implementation and system integration
　　　 - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track system issues
　　　 - Provide basic user training and post-go-live support
　　　 - Handle basic Helpdesk inquiries and user support for the ERP system
　　　 - Escalate complex functional or technical issues to senior consultants when required
　　　 - Participate in internal product and process training

　　【Qualification】
　　　 - 2- 3 years of experience in ERP, IT systems, or business applications
　　　 - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT, or related field
　　　 - Basic understanding of ERP or business systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar is a plus.)
　　　 - Basic understanding of business workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting basics are a plus)
　　　 - Strong willingness to learn
　　　 - Good analytical and problem-solving skills
　　　 - Detail-oriented and structured
　　　 - Able to work with guidance and supervision
　　　 - Good in both written and spoken English and Thai.
