【Job Description】
- Support sales operations by preparing documents and delivering invoices to restaurant clients in Bangkok
- Monitor and follow up on client payment statuses and accounts receivable
- Process and manage payments to suppliers and vendors
- Coordinate and handle communication with the manufacturing hub in China (utilizing Japanese or Chinese)
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
【Qualification】
- Age: 25–35 years old approx
- Gender: Open (Female is preferred)
- Language: Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese (JLPT N3 level)
- Must hold a valid driver's license (Required to drive the company car for outside duties)
- Capable of using office software, such as Microsoft Word/Excel/PPT
