【Job Description】
Production & Operations Management: * Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure targets, safety standards, and quality requirements are met.
- Monitor production efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement plans on the shop floor.

Team Leadership & Workforce Management:
- Supervise, train, and manage a team of approximately 25 production subordinates and operators.
- Maintain discipline, allocate daily tasks, evaluate performance, and foster a productive work environment.

Client Negotiation & Commercial Management:
- Lead price negotiations and commercial terms with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability and maintain strong business relationships.
- Handle client inquiries, address complaints, and resolve production or delivery issues with a firm and professional attitude.

Reporting & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments (such as Quality Assurance, Sales, and Logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Report production status, KPIs, and negotiation outcomes directly to top management.

【Qualification】
- Nationality: Thai National only
- Age: 40 – 45 years old
- Gender: Open (Male or Female)
- Language Skills: Communicable English (General university graduate level)
- Experience & Skills: * Proven management/supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry (Any product category/sector is welcome).

- Strong Communication & Leadership: Ability to speak up clearly, give direct feedback to subordinates, and negotiate firmly with clients when necessary.
- Assertive & Decisive: Resilient personality with the ability to handle difficult situations and maintain clear boundaries.
