【Job Description】
- Oversee daily operations and general management of the automotive metal parts manufacturing lines (including personnel management, quality control, and production cycles)
- Handle financial management and cost accounting/control for the production department
- Educate, mentor, and train the 33-year-old Thai Manufacturing Manager to develop him into a future Factory Manager
- Provide specialized technical guidance and troubleshooting related to press molds and dies

【Qualification】
- Age: 45–60 years old
- Experience: Proven hands-on background in tool making/tooling design alongside solid plant management experiences
- Experience: Strong management and leadership experience
- Language: Open / Not required
