【Job Description】
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new markets and customer segments both domestically and internationally.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and business partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and business agreements.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance on a regular basis.
2. Marketing & Market Expansion
- Plan and execute marketing activities to support sales growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new products that meet market demands.
- Plan new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Develop branding and marketing communication strategies.
3. Strategic Planning
- Develop annual business and growth plans.
- Evaluate the feasibility of new business projects.
- Recommend business expansion initiatives and market share growth strategies.
- Establish partnerships with government agencies, industry associations, and business partners.
4. Team Management
- Lead and develop sales and marketing teams to achieve high performance.
- Set team objectives and monitor performance.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their capabilities.
【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Management, or Marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience in processed foods, frozen foods, ready-to-eat, or ready-to-cook food industries.
- Proven experience in new market development and key account management.
- Strong knowledge of Modern Trade, Food Service, Horeca, Distributor, and Export Business channels.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
