【Background & Reason for Recruitment】
Due to business expansion and the strengthening of our production system, we are establishing a new in-house machining department. To bring the machining process of aluminum die-cast products in-house and further improve productivity and quality, we are seeking an experienced machining engineer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on machining experience and the capability to handle a wide range of tasks, from CNC programming to jig and fixture design.

【Job Description】
⎼ Analyze and interpret product drawings of aluminum die-casting products to determine optimal machining processes.
⎼ Create and modify machining programs for CNC lathes and compact machining centers.
⎼ Select appropriate cutting tools (such as drills, end mills, reamers, and taps) tailored to product specifications.
⎼ Design machining jigs considering processing accuracy and production efficiency.
⎼ Optimize machining conditions and drive process improvement activities.
⎼ Manage machining setups and launches from prototype stages through to mass production.
⎼ Verify machining quality and dimensional accuracy, and conduct defect analysis and countermeasures.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Proven hands-on experience in mechanical machining.
⎼ Solid experience in CNC programming.
⎼ Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
⎼ Professional knowledge and experience regarding cutting tools and jig design.
⎼ Prior experience in machining aluminum die-casting products is highly advantageous.

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Supervisor Position Allowance: 2,000 THB
- Supervisor Transportation Allowance: 1,500 THB
- Meal Allowance: 800 THB

【Working Hour】
- จันทร์-ศุกร์ และเสาร์เว้นเสาร์ (8:30-17:30)
- Break time: 10:00-10:10, 15:00-15:10
- Lunch time: 12:00-13:00
