【Job Description】
-Manage and oversee all air export operations to ensure smooth and efficient shipment processes.
-Plan and coordinate airline bookings and cargo space allocation.
-Review and ensure the accuracy of export documentation, including Air Waybill (AWB), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and related documents.
-Coordinate with customers, airlines, overseas agents, and relevant parties.
-Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve operational issues.
-Lead, supervise, and develop the Air Export team to achieve departmental and company objectives.
-Establish KPIs and monitor team performance.
-Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international transportation requirements, and company policies.
-Analyze operational costs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
-Prepare operational reports and present performance results to management.

【Qualification】
-Male/ Female, Age 38-45 Years.
-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in Air Export or Freight Forwarding operations.
-Proven experience in team leadership and management.
-Strong knowledge of Customs regulations, IATA standards, and Incoterms.
-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-Good command of both written and spoken English.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CargoWise systems is preferred.
