【Job Description】
⎼ Handle comprehensive recruitment activities and coordinate hiring processes.
⎼ Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes.
⎼ Support payroll, attendance, and labor-related administrative tasks.
⎼ Coordinate employee benefits and welfare programs.
⎼ Manage office administration, contracts, and official company documentation.
⎼ Communicate and coordinate with external vendors and government organizations.
⎼ Support the implementation of internal policies and HR procedures.
⎼ Report HR and administrative matters directly to the Japanese headquarters.
⎼ Establish a solid HR and administrative foundation for business operations.
⎼ Ensure full compliance with Thai labor regulations.
⎼ Support the successful recruitment and long-term retention of employees.
⎼ Maintain an efficient, well-organized, and professional workplace.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.
【Qualification】
⎼ Thai nationality.
⎼ Age: 25–40 years old.
⎼ Gender: Any.
⎼ Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
⎼ Language skills: Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), native Thai, and daily conversation level English.
⎼ Experience in HR, recruitment, labor management, or general affairs.
⎼ Experience working within a Japanese company.
⎼ Sound knowledge of Thai labor law and standard HR practices.
⎼ Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
[Preferred]
⎼ Experience in Mass Recruiting role is highly preferred.
⎼ Experience establishing HR or administrative functions from scratch.
⎼ Experience in the retail, restaurant, food, or service industry.
⎼ Proficiency with payroll software and HR systems.
⎼ Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to take ownership of tasks.
⎼ Comfortable working in a start-up environment, flexible, and adaptable to new challenges beyond the primary job scope.
