【Job Description】
⎼ Ensure smooth and effective communication between local and Japan management teams.
⎼ Support management efficiency, daily operations, and strategic decision-making.
⎼ Help establish a professional, highly organized corporate environment during the start-up phase.
⎼ Provide accurate interpretation support between Japanese management and local Thai staff.
⎼ Translate corporate documents, business reports, and official communications.
⎼ Coordinate and schedule meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
⎼ Comprehensive management of schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments for senior management.
⎼ Prepare high-quality meeting materials and detailed meeting minutes.
⎼ Facilitate clear communication channels with the Japan headquarters.
⎼ Assist with various administrative functions and specialized project-related tasks.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Thai nationality.
⎼ Age: 25–40 years old.
⎼ Gender: Any.
⎼ Language skills: Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above, JLPT N1 is highly preferred)
⎼ Prior experience working as a secretary, interpreter, coordinator, or executive assistant.
⎼ Excellent communication, cross-cultural coordination, and organizational skills.
⎼ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
⎼ Experience working within a Japanese company.
[Preferred]
⎼ Direct experience supporting senior executives or management teams.
⎼ Experience within the food, restaurant, or service industry.
⎼ Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to take ownership of tasks.
⎼ Comfortable working in a start-up environment, flexible, and adaptable to new challenges beyond the primary job scope.
