【Job Description】
- Customer Support: Handling and responding to customer inquiries.
- Order Management: Managing order placements and receipts.
- Delivery Coordination: Coordinating and adjusting delivery schedules with customers.
- Internal Communication: Sharing relevant information and updating the sales team.
- Logistics Arrangements: Arranging various modes of transportation (trucking, ocean freight, air freight, etc.).
- Schedule Management: Managing shipping and delivery schedules.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitoring and tracking shipment status.
- Troubleshooting: Handling and resolving delivery-related issues or troubles.
- Documentation: Preparing shipping documents, including commercial invoices and packing lists.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinating with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
- Customs Preparation: Preparing necessary documents for customs clearance.
- Import/Export Management: Managing import and export schedules.
- Status Reporting: Providing regular progress updates to customers.
- Data Management: Performing data entry and aggregating performance/sales results.
- Billing & Payments: Issuing invoices and processing payments.

【Qualification】
- Gender: Open (Male / Female)
- Age: 23–26 years old
- Language: English: Business level (Japanese: Not required)
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, sales support, or operations within the logistics industry.

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Communication Allowance: THB 700 / month
