【Job Description】
⎼ Lead and manage the overall operations of the QA/QC department as the department head.
⎼ Handle customer complaints and quality issues by performing root cause analysis, preparing corrective action reports, and submitting them to customers.
⎼ Oversee internal quality assurance management, including establishing work standard documents and supervising staff to ensure compliance with countermeasure procedures.
⎼ Drive initiatives to reduce defects and continuously improve product quality.
⎼ Coordinate and collaborate effectively with other departments to implement quality countermeasures and process improvements.
⎼ Manage and facilitate internal audits, customer audits, and external audits conducted by certification bodies (ISO, IATF).
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
⎼ Gender: Open.
⎼ Extensive experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the manufacturing industry.
⎼ Proven experience in automotive or motorcycle parts manufacturing, specifically focusing on plastic/resin injection molding parts.
⎼ Strong background dealing with Tier 1 suppliers or working within a Tier 1 manufacturing environment is preferred.
⎼ Excellent leadership, internal management, and supervisory skills with the ability to sustain and enforce quality disciplines.
⎼ Strong communication, explanation, persuasion, and negotiation skills when dealing with customers.
⎼ Exceptional interdepartmental coordination and problem-solving abilities.

- ค่าอาหาร: 55 บาท/วัน
- เบี้ยขยัน: 600 / 800 / 1,000 บาท/เดือน
- ค่าเดินทาง: 60 บาท/วัน
- ค่าเช่าที่พัก: ขึ้นอยู่กับระดับการศึกษาและตำแหน่งงาน
1) 1,300 บาท/เดือน (สำหรับผู้จบระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) / ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) หรือต่ำกว่า)
2) 2,000 บาท/เดือน (สำหรับผู้จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป)
3) 2,500 บาท/เดือน (ผู้ที่มีตำแหน่งระดับ Supervisor ขึ้นไป)
