【Job Description】
- Perform maintenance, inspection, and repair of press molds.
- Investigate root causes of issues and respond quickly to sudden machine defects.
- Propose and implement improvements to maintain and enhance mold accuracy.
- Any other related jobs

【Qualification】
- Experience: Proven practical experience in press mold maintenance and repair (must be able to perform hands-on work at the site).
- Mindset: Self-driven and proactive—able to identify issues and take action independently.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with other manufacturing departments.
