【Job Description】
* Manage new product (New Model) launch projects and ensure they are completed according to schedule and targets.
* Establish quality control standards and prepare/manage related documents such as APQP and PPAP.
* Manage new product development plans based on customer requirements.
* Conduct trial production, improve products and manufacturing processes for mass production, and ensure product quality meets engineering drawings.
* Improve manufacturing processes and reduce production costs.
* Prepare and analyze printed samples and prototypes, and conduct mass production trials.
* Support sample submissions to customers and assist with customer audits.
* Organize mass production launch meetings and hand over products to the production team.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

【Qualifications】
* Thai nationality / Any gender / 23–30 years old
* Intermediate level of English
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
* Proficient in CAD (2D & 3D) and engineering drawing preparation
* Valid driver's license
* Knowledge of new product development processes, APQP, and PPAP
* Knowledge of plastic mold structure
* Experience in new product design and prototype development is an advantage
