【Job Description】
⎼ Conduct mold trials, adjust molding parameters, and ensure a smooth transition to stable mass production.
⎼ Investigate root causes of molding defects and determine necessary mold modifications.
⎼ Act as a bridge between the local plant and the overseas mold manufacturing department to provide precise feedback.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Open to both experienced Mold Engineers and highly motivated beginners with a strong interest in manufacturing.
⎼ Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
⎼ Japanese language proficiency is highly preferred for smooth communication and training.
⎼ Candidates from non-engineering backgrounds are highly welcome to apply.
