【Job Description】
-Plan, monitor, and improve production processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
-Analyze production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
-Support continuous improvement activities to improve quality, cost, and delivery (QCD).
-Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other related departments.
-Prepare technical reports and production-related documentation.
-Manage and control production-related changes to ensure quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on production-related processes to enhance their knowledge, skills, and work performance.
-Conduct trial production to prepare product samples and assess production readiness before mass production.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

【Qualification】
-Gender : Female / Male
-Age : 22-26 Years old
-Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
-Experience : 0-3 years /New graduated are welcome
-Others : Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Power Point
-Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
-Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production engineering.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD or SolidWorks) is an advantage.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Good communication and teamwork skills.
