【Job Description】
Team Management
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives, setting clear targets, routines, and performance
expectations.
• Conduct regular team meetings, field coaching visits, and performance reviews.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new Sales team members as the team grows.
Area Sales
• Plan and oversee area/territory coverage across assigned retail channels to maximize distribution and
secondary sales.
• Lead coordination with distributor sales teams, including joint business planning and joint store calls.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners/managers to strengthen INABA's in-store presence.
Local Modern Trade (Key Account Management)
• Manage the end-to-end relationship with local Modern Trade partners (e.g., regional supermarket and pet
chains, local hypermarket operators), including buyer negotiations, listing/delisting, trading terms, and joint
growth planning.
• Prepare and present business reviews, promotion plans, and NPD listing proposals to local Modern Trade
buyers.
• Negotiate annual trading terms, promotion budgets, and space/display agreements with local Modern
Trade buyers.
• Monitor and manage sales performance, inventory, and forecast accuracy for each local Modern Trade
account, with summary-level tracking of national accounts.
Trade Marketing Oversight in Retail
• Monitor Perfect Store standards (shelf share, display, pricing, POSM compliance) across all areas and
accounts, reviewing field audit results and holding the Sales team accountable for closing gaps.
• Review in-store merchandising and planogram compliance at area and account level, directing the Sales
team on corrective action and escalating structural or POSM-supply gaps to the Trade Marketing team.
• Align with the Trade Marketing team on in-store activation, POSM, and promotional mechanics, providing
area and account input while the Trade Marketing team leads design and execution.
• Consolidate and analyze competitor pricing, activity, and promotions; recommend counter-strategies.

【Qualification】
At least 5 years of experience in sales or key account management (trade marketing exposure an
advantage), with a minimum of 2 years in a people management/team lead role.
• Proven experience managing local or regional Modern Trade chains (buyer negotiation, trading terms,
business reviews) is required; national key-account exposure is an advantage.
• Solid working knowledge of trade marketing execution at retail (Perfect Store, POSM, in-store activation),
sufficient to review, steer, and hold the Trade Marketing team accountable.
• Proven experience managing and developing a sales team, including target-setting, coaching, and
performance management.
• Experience in FMCG or pet food industry strongly preferred.
• Willing to travel to support area/field visits and Key Account meetings.
• Own vehicle and driving license preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both at retailer buyer level and in-store level.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills (Excel, mobile data collection tools) with ability to translate data into
action plans.
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant field/management experience will also be considered.
