Senior Accounts Payable Supervisor (Freight Forwarder)

【Job Description】
-Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
-Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
-Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate payment terms when needed.
-Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (VAT, WHT, etc.).
-Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
-Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations and Procurement.
-Handle payment-related transactions.

【Qualification】
-Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in accounting or finance or relate field
-At least 3-5 years of experience of Account Payable in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
-Can communicate in English in fair level.
-Having communication and computer skills.

【Working Hour】
Monday–Friday: 08:30–17:30 hrs.
Saturday: 08:30–12:00 hrs., according to the Company’s working arrangement or assigned schedule.
