【Job Description】
- Develop and expand new customer accounts and create new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including managing customer entertainment activities.
- Coordinate with customers regarding pricing, quality, delivery schedules, and requirements.
- Analyze customer requirements, prepare quotations, and conduct commercial negotiations.
- Monitor and control new model projects from Request for Quotation (RFQ) through Start of Production (SOP) to ensure project timelines are achieved.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, QA, Engineering, and Purchasing) to support customer projects.
- Prepare sales reports, forecast reports, and customer satisfaction reports for management review.
- Support and comply with Occupational Health & Safety policies and Quality Management Systems (ISO 14001,ISO 45001, and IATF 16949).

【Qualification】
- Male age not over 43 years
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry or international markets. Experience with Chinese customers is an advantage.
- Good coordination skills with cross-functional teams such as Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Strategic thinking with a strong market expansion mindset.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English communication (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Chinese will be given special consideration

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Full attendance 650/750/1,200
- Housing 2,900-7,300 (Up to position)
