【Job Description】
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance plans, and assign tasks to maintenance personnel.
- Regularly inspect and monitor various utility systems to identify potential problems and determine the necessary maintenance and repair work.
- Participate in the preparation and planning of maintenance and repair budgets.
- Perform maintenance on jigs and tools to maintain consistent production quality and efficiency in accordance with the established maintenance plan.
- Carry out Preventive Maintenance (PM) for machinery, equipment, jigs, and tools.
- Implement and comply with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards and systems.
- Continuously improve work processes through KAIZEN and 5S activities.

【Qualification】
- Male or female, 30–38 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 16949 quality management systems.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in MS Office, Gmail, or other relevant computer programs.
