【Job Description】
⎼ Develop Work Instructions (W/I) and SOPs from scratch.
⎼ Implement continuous process improvement (Kaizen).
⎼ Handle on-site production tasks and operations.
⎼ Maintain accurate process standards.
⎼ Analyze and resolve production issues.
⎼ Coordinate with other departments.
⎼ Factory-wide line layout design and capital investment planning.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Bachelor's Degree in Production, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
⎼ Male, aged 23-30 years old.
⎼ 0.5 to 3 years of Production Engineer experience (Automotive parts background is a plus).
⎼ Valid driving license and ability to drive.
⎼ Responsible team player with critical thinking and good time management.

【Working Hour】
