【Job Description】
⎼ Manage, oversee, and direct overall warehouse operations across multiple warehouse sites.
⎼ Drive quality control, workplace safety management, and environmental compliance.
⎼ Establish preventive measures to ensure correct product dispatch and eliminate foreign material contamination risks.
⎼ Lead continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives for warehouse management, error reduction, and occupational safety.
⎼ Manage transportation logistics, including vehicle and truck fleet management.
⎼ Report and present operational updates during monthly standard corporate meetings in English.
⎼ Supervise, lead, and mentor warehouse managers and operational staff.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Age: Around 40 to 49 years old
⎼ Gender: Open
⎼ Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager
⎼ Background in Japanese companies with solid experience in warehouse Kaizen and handling operational incidents
⎼ Conversational English proficiency (Sufficient to actively participate and present in monthly meetings)
⎼ Proactive, self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and executive leadership capability

【Working Hour】
⎼ 8:30 – 17:30
⎼ Saturday: Depends on the company calender
