【Job Description】
- Manage and develop the Service team, including 9 FSEs and 2 Service Administrators.
- Drive efficient planning and utilization of service resources.
- Provide technical support to customers and the internal service team.
- Manage warranty claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate spare parts stock replenishment with the Logistics Manager.
- Take ownership of service department profitability and performance metrics.
- Ensure transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement of service operations.
- Maintain a strong customer satisfaction focus.
- Prepare monthly reports for management review.
- Work closely with the Sales team to support business growth.
- Participate as a member of the company management team.

【Qualification】
- Has strong experience in service operations management within industrial equipment, construction equipment, heavy machinery, automotive, or related industries.
- Has proven leadership experience managing service engineers and support staff.
- Possesses strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Demonstrates sound business acumen with experience managing service profitability and KPIs.
- Is customer-oriented with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Is comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and management teams.
- Is willing to travel frequently within Thailand to visit customers and support the business.
