【Job Description】
-Booking & Space Reservation: Process export booking requests from clients or internal sales teams. Contact airlines to check schedules, negotiate rates, and confirm cargo space allocations.
-Documentation Management: Issue Air Waybills (MAWB/HAWB), manifest, and prepare relevant export documentation in compliance with airline and customs requirements.
-Shipment Coordination: Coordinate with warehouses, truckers, and customs brokers to plan cargo pickup and delivery to the airport cargo terminal before cut-off deadlines.
-Tracking & Problem Solving: Monitor shipment status, provide proactive tracking updates to clients/teams, and resolve operational issues (e.g., offloaded cargo, flight delays).
-Data Entry & Costing: Input shipment details into the operational system, summarize transport costs, and assist the billing department with invoicing.

【Qualification】
-Male/Female, Age 23-30 Years.
-Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
-1–3 years of experience in Air Freight / Export Operations, specifically in booking and reservation functions.
-Solid knowledge of Air Export processes, AWB issuance, and IATA/customs regulations.
-Good command of English (both written and spoken), especially for professional email correspondence.
-Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
-Proficient in computer literacy and freight management software/TMS.
