【Job Description】
-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in freight forwarding services (Air Freight, Sea Freight, Cross-Border, Domestic Transport).
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential customers.
-Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, carriers, and partners to maximize profitability.
-Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and high customer satisfaction.
-Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
-Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide forecasts to senior management.
-Lead, train, and motivate the sales team (if applicable) to achieve branch and regional sales objectives.

【Qualification】
-Male/Female, Age 35-45 Years.
-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-At least 3–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding sales (Air/Sea/Cross-border)
-Strong network of customers in logistics, trading, manufacturing, or related industries.
-Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
-Good knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Good command of English (written and spoken).
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
