【Job Description】
⎼ Evaluate and select target locations for new store expansion, secure commercial properties, and negotiate lease agreements.
⎼ Conduct trade area surveys to collect and analyze data including population, consumer trends, and traffic conditions.
⎼ Research competitor locations and surrounding markets to evaluate store opening feasibility in each trade area.
⎼ Negotiate and coordinate terms with real estate agents, property management companies, and landlords.
⎼ Manage schedules from site acquisition to store opening, coordinating across internal departments.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Thai nationality
⎼ Any age, gender
⎼ Practical experience in store development, commercial real estate, or retail/chain brand expansion.
⎼ Proficiency in trade area analysis, property evaluation, and lease terms negotiation.
⎼ Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or higher, with strong Japanese communication skills.
⎼ Management experience with proven cross-departmental coordination skills.
⎼ Experience in store development within the F&B or retail chain industry is preferred.

Holidays: 2 days off per week. Weekend or public holiday work may be required for property site inspections (a compensatory weekday off will generally be provided).
