【Job Description】
- Work directly with Japanese rtment Head to execute IT strategies.
- Report local IT status to Japanese management and bridge communication with the Thai team.
- Manage IT setup and installation for new stores (Store 2+).
- Supervise on-site IT cabling and infrastructure work.
- Coordinate POS, CCTV, digital signage, and Wi-Fi setup with Marketing and Store teams.
- Act as the main contact for IT vendors (POS, Network, Accounting, HR, PC setup).
- Manage vendor performance, contracts, and service quality.
- Create custom solutions if vendor tools are not enough.
- Manage EDI system for ordering and product registration.
- Support inventory and logistics management systems.
- Lead ERP implementation for new warehouses and factories.
- Work closely with the Singapore development team for system updates.
- Lead and manage the local IT team (Thai staff).
- Handle user accounts, PC setups, and internal IT support.

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality
- Age: 30-40
- Anu gender
- Experience as IT Project Manager, IT Team Lead, or Senior System Engineer.
- Experience in IT vendor management and infrastructure setup.
- Good command of English OR Japanese (Business level).
- Strong communication skills to bridge Japanese management and local Thai staff/vendors.
- Interest in Japanese culture and retail business.
