【Job Description】
⎼ Manage daily cash transactions, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
⎼ Perform monthly and annual accounting closing, as well as prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) statements.
⎼ Oversee budget control based on P&L and report financial results to the local Managing Director and Headquarter in Japan.
⎼ Handle manufacturing cost accounting, attend physical inventory counts, and maintain the fixed asset register.
⎼ Manage tax filing procedures, including VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), mid-year, and annual Corporate Income Tax (CIT).
⎼ Sign financial statements, submit required filings to the Department of Business Development (DBD), and liaise with external auditors and the Revenue Department.
⎼ Process payroll journal entries and oversee Social Security Fund and Personal Income Tax (PIT) payments.
⎼ Provide support for Human Resources and General Affairs functions in the future.
⎼ Occasional day trips to the Sa Kaeo factory may be required (company car with driver provided).
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Thai nationality, Female, age 30–35 years old.
⎼ Conversational level of English or higher.
⎼ CPD (Continuing Professional Development) license holder is required.
⎼ Experience in accounting closing procedures is preferred.
⎼ Experience in Accounting combined with HR and General Affairs is preferred.
