【Job Description】
- Oversee overall purchasing and raw material procurement operations within the Production Management Department.
- Formulate raw material procurement plans based on production schedules, while managing inventory, progress, and delivery timelines.
- Manage and optimize overall production schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct purchasing negotiations, coordination, and relationship management with raw material suppliers, particularly Japanese companies.
- Act as a liaison between production, sales, and market demands to facilitate smooth cross-functional collaboration.
- Analyze market trends to continuously improve and execute procurement processes.
- Perform other assigned tasks and related duties as required.

【Qualification】
- Proven ability to handle negotiation, planning, and coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong mathematical and analytical sense.
- Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 level or higher).
- Passionate about purchasing and procurement.
