【Job Description】
⎼ Oversee and manage overall factory operations, including production processes and operational efficiency.
⎼ Lead, supervise, and develop teams across multiple departments to meet organizational production goals.
⎼ Ensure full compliance with factory safety standards, quality control, and environmental regulations.
⎼ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing performance and cost-effectiveness.
⎼ Coordinate effectively with management and cross-functional teams to streamline factory workflows.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Thai nationality, Male.
⎼ Age between 40 - 50 years old.
⎼ Proven experience at the Factory Manager level within the manufacturing industry.
⎼ Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams and departments.
⎼ Technical background with previous experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
⎼ Proficient in English (Mandatory).
⎼ Japanese language proficiency is an advantage.
