【Job Description】
- Lead and manage the Quality Control function at a trading company specializing in industrial parts.
- Manage quality control for plastic molded parts, press parts, and other components mainly used for printers, copiers, and related products.
- Handle supplier quality issues and drive quality improvement activities.
- Take initial action when quality issues occur, visit supplier sites, conduct root cause analysis, develop corrective actions, and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers and related parties in Thailand, China, Vietnam, and other locations.
- Establish and improve the company's internal quality management system.
- Develop and maintain quality manuals and related documentation.
- Maintain ISO standards and handle QMR and SQM-related activities.
- Handle internal ISO audits and related requirements.
- Manage quality control for some products manufactured in-house.
- Oversee the quality of both imported/exported products and products manufactured in Thailand.
- Conduct factory audits for potential suppliers.
- Provide technical and quality-related support to customers, including some Sales Engineer-related responsibilities.
- Prepare quality-related documents and handle other administrative and coordination tasks as required.

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality/ Any gender/ 30–40 years old
- Management experience in a QC / Quality Control department is required.
*Experience in any industrial or manufacturing-related field is acceptable; specific product experience is not required.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience and basic knowledge of ISO audits.
- Japanese: daily～ intermediate level
- English: Conversational level with the ability to communicate by email
- A driver's license is preferred but not required.(company car provided)
