【Job Description】
-Coordinate and support the introduction of new products from prototype/trial stage through mass production, ensuring readiness of Man, Machine, Material, Method and Quality.
-Coordinate with the ability to communicate with Japanese engineers/managers, customer and related.

【Qualification】
-Male/Female Age 23 - 30 year-old
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
-1–3 years of experience in NPI, Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing or Project Coordination; fresh graduates with strong technical/Japanese skills may also be considered.
-Experience in electronics / PCBA / SMT / Box Build manufacturing would be an advantage.
-Japanese Language: JLPT N2 or above, with the ability to communicate with Japanese engineers/managers, customer and related
-Good communication skills in Japanese and English.
-Able to coordinate with multiple departments and follow up tasks systematically.
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
