【Job Description】
- Operate and control processing machinery and large-scale equipment.
- Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot quality issues, and propose corrective or preventive action plans.
- Perform specialized technical duties to support operational improvements and process stability.
- Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
- Age: 30–45 years old / Gender: Open
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred)
- Proven working experience in a manufacturing plant setting; Strong awareness of safety and manufacturing operations is highly desirable
- Language: Basic English skills (Not mandatory for daily tasks, but basic reading and writing abilities are preferred).

- Subordinates: None (The department size is approximately 120 employees)
