【Job Description】
⎼ Perform on-site manufacturing operations and provide guidance to team members as Production Team Leader.
⎼ Manage delivery schedules, including yield and productivity improvement initiatives.
⎼ Analyze causes of operational troubles and defective products, implementing preventative measures.
⎼ Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to drive ongoing quality control improvements.
⎼ Execute practical manufacturing line operations during the probation period as a team leader candidate to understand operational workflows prior to stepping into primary management responsibilities upon promotion.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Education: Any educational background
⎼ Age: 35–45 years old / Gender: Male
⎼ Experience: Mandatory experience as a factory team leader or sub-leader
(** Machining experience is highly preferred)
⎼ Japanese: Dairy Communication proficiency for internal communication
(** Candidates with study or work experience in Japan are highly preferred)
