【Job Description】
⎼ Coordinate and communicate with the design department in Japan.
⎼ Handle various design assignments provided by the Japanese head office to build technical skills.
⎼ Manage complex architectural and structural design tasks in the future.
⎼ Accompany technical sales engineers on client or factory visits when necessary (primarily office-based).
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in 2D CAD and BIM design.
⎼ Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
⎼ Intermediate command of English for internal communication.
⎼ Possess leadership qualities, strong communication, and coordination skills.
