【Job Description】
- Manage Import & Export Operations: Handle end-to-end import-export procedures, shipping documentation, customs clearance, and Incoterms.
- Execute Middle East Market Business: Drive international trade and business operations targeting Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, and the UAE.
- Handle Japanese Local Trading: Manage local purchasing and sales activities connected to Japanese clients and markets.
- Lead Cross-Cultural Negotiations: Conduct business negotiations and communicate effectively with international partners.
- Apply Food Industry Expertise: Oversee trade activities with a clear understanding of food business standards and requirements.
- Coordinate Financial & Freight Terms: Manage international payment terms, freight coordination, and logistics compliance.

【Qualification】
- Age average 40-45 years.
- Gender: Female is preferable.
- Toeic score: More than 730 pts.
- Minimum 3 years experience in international business
- Good communication in English (writing, speaking, listening).
- Knowledge in MS Office (Words, Excel), power point, AI
- Business negotiations skilled and cross-culture negotiation experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the food business
- Good understanding of international trade, import-export procedures, Incoterms, shipping documentation, freight, customs requirements, and international payment terms.
- Graduated in business and administration, other related filed may be considered.
- Oversea study or job experience will be an advantage.
- Target business : M.East (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, UAE) and local purchase & sale to JP
