【Qualification】
- English: Business level
- Japanese: Conversational level (Preferred)
- Experience: Proven experience as a Factory Manager
- Candidates from the same industry are preferred
- Resilient, proactive self-starter who can think and act independently
- Someone who can grow together with the company
