【Job Description】
-Monitor production plans vs. actual performance, managing productivity, defect rates, downtime, and overtime using quantitative data.
-Lead and manage Supervisors, Foremen, and Operators; delegate effectively to drive overall team performance.
-Coach, develop, and evaluate direct reports to build strong leadership capabilities within the shop floor.
-Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement projects (line balancing, man-hour reduction, yield improvement, and root-cause countermeasures).
-Analyze production metrics using MS Excel and prepare clear, data-driven reporting materials for management.
-Coordinate cross-functionally with QA, Production Control, Engineering, and Maintenance, and communicate effectively with Japanese management.

【Qualification】
-Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related fields.
-Male,Female aged 35-45 years
-Minimum 5 years of experience in production and at least 1 year in quality management systems
-Strong background as a Senior Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a manufacturing environment (Japanese factory experience preferred).
-Proven track record of data-driven management, team development, and hands-on Kaizen execution.
-Proficient in MS Excel for data aggregation, analysis, and report preparation.
-Excellent leadership, problem-solving, delegation, and cross-functional communication skills.
-Good command of English and fluent in Thai
