【Job Description】
⎼ Create, update, and manage web pages based on Word documents and provided source materials.
⎼ Perform front-end design coding using basic HTML and CSS.
⎼ Input, edit, publish, and manage content via CMS platforms.
⎼ Design, resize, edit, and optimize images and thumbnails for web publishing.
⎼ Organize and curate client-provided information and digital assets.
⎼ Maintain and regularly update ongoing website content.
⎼ Handle client communication regarding content assets and layouts.
⎼ Create and operate social media content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, LINE).
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Intermediate-level of English
⎼ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
⎼ Minimum 1 year of practical experience in website operations, web production, or CMS management.
⎼ Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS coding.
⎼ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online meeting platforms.
⎼ Prior experience operating web media, WordPress CMS, or social media platforms is preferred.
⎼ Hands-on experience with image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is preferred.
⎼ Basic knowledge of SEO and experience utilizing AI tools for content creation is a plus.
⎼ Experience working with Japanese corporations or within the manufacturing industry is advantageous.

【Working Hour】
Monday to Friday
Flexible working hours (7.5 actual working hours + 1 hour break).
*Start time between 08:00 AM – 10:00 AM | End time between 04:30 PM – 06:30 PM.
