【Job Description】
⎼ Design store concepts and in-store spatial environments for supermarket layouts.
⎼ Collaborate with the team to develop the thematic atmosphere and worldview of the sales floor.
⎼ Handle the processing and resizing of existing designs during the initial onboarding phase.
⎼ Lead the planning and spatial design for new and existing stores independently over time.
⎼ Propose innovative designs, floor layouts, decorations, and visual presentations aligned with brand concepts.
⎼ Coordinate and conduct regular meetings with construction companies and external contractors.
⎼ Create POP displays, graphics, and incorporate hand-drawn elements such as wall art.
⎼ Contribute to global expansion projects by scaling store designs for international locations to spread Japanese food culture.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
[MUST]
⎼ Strong interest in store design, creative production, and crafting engaging customer experiences.
⎼ Excellent teamwork and cooperative skills.
⎼ Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
⎼ Business-level proficiency in Japanese for effective daily communication.
⎼ Able to travel overseas for business trips approximately once every 1-2 months (frequency is adjustable).
⎼ Experience in shop design, interior design, graphic design, or product design is highly preferred.
[BETTER]
⎼ Experience using SketchUp is a plus.
⎼ English communication skills and previous overseas work experience are highly advantageous.
⎼ Background in store design or brand management is greatly welcomed.
