【Job Description】
- Manage and improve General Affairs and administrative operations.
- Coordinate office facilities, company assets, service providers, and other administrative services.
- Coordinate with internal departments, management, external service providers, and relevant authorities.
- Support and improve company procedures, administrative controls, and related documentation.
- Support IT-related administrative matters and other company projects.
- Participate in addressing compliance, operational, and company-wide issues.
- Support communication and coordination among employees, departments, and management.
- Identify issues, propose practical solutions, and take initiative in implementing agreed actions.
- Proactively participate in new projects and challenges beyond routine General Affairs responsibilities.

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality/ female/ 40–46 years old
- English intermediate level up
- Japanese language skills are preferred
- More than 8 years of experience in General Affairs and Administration
- Experience handling a wide range of General Affairs and administrative responsibilities
- Experience in a manufacturing company, Japanese company, or large organization is preferred.
- Experience related to compliance, internal controls, IT coordination, HR, or company-wide improvement projects is an advantage.
- Experience working in an organization with established rules, procedures, and internal systems.
- Able to identify problems, organize issues, and propose practical solutions.
- Able to handle confidential company matters appropriately.
