【Job Description】
* Manage and oversee overall warehouse operations
* Manage operations from receiving, storage, and inventory control to outbound shipment and delivery preparation
* Control inventory levels and inventory accuracy, conduct stock counts, and investigate inventory discrepancies
* Manage warehouse staff, including manpower allocation, attendance, training, and daily operations
* Monitor and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and logistics quality
* Investigate the causes of issues such as incorrect shipments, damaged goods, and inventory discrepancies, and implement preventive measures
* Ensure 5S, workplace safety, and compliance with company rules within the warehouse
* Coordinate with customers, transportation/delivery teams, sales teams, and other related departments
* Manage KPIs and operational data, prepare reports, and report to management
* Develop and improve SOPs and warehouse workflows
* Perform other management duties related to warehouse operations

【Qualification】
* Thai nationality
* Any gender
* Business-level Japanese
* Management experience in a logistics or warehouse company
* Experience managing operational staff and improving warehouse operations

【Working Hours】
2 days off per week
8 working hours per day (excluding a 1-hour break) between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
