【Job Description】
1.QA/QC Management
Support the management and supervision of QA and QC activities to ensure effective quality assurance and quality control of raw materials, production processes, and finished products in accordance with company and customer requirements.
2. Quality Management System (QMS)
Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, GRS, and RGS requirements.
3. Quality Management Representative (QMR)
Perform the role of Quality Management Representative (QMR) and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the QMS.
4. Audit & Compliance
Plan and coordinate Internal Audits, Customer Audits, Certification Audits, External Audits, and Supplier Audits.
Follow up on audit findings, corrective actions, and closure of nonconformities.
Maintain and coordinate relevant Internal Auditor certifications for applicable management systems.
5. Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR)
Ensure customer-specific requirements are identified, communicated, implemented, monitored, and maintained for compliance.
6. Problem Solving
Monitor Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities to ensure timely and effective completion.
Support Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving activities using quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, and 8D Report.
7. Quality KPI & Continual Improvement
Establish, monitor, and analyze Quality KPIs.
Drive quality improvement initiatives to reduce Defects, Scrap, Rework, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
8. Risk & Opportunity
Coordinate the identification, assessment, and monitoring of quality-related Risks and Opportunities.
Follow up on risk control and mitigation actions to ensure effectiveness.
9. GRS & RGS
Oversee and support compliance with GRS and RGS requirements, including Traceability, Document Control, Process Compliance, and audit preparation.
10. Team Development
Develop and strengthen QA/QC team capabilities through Training, Coaching, Competency Assessment, and skill development programs.
11. Management Review & Reporting
Support the preparation and implementation of Management Review.
Prepare and present quality-related information to management, including Quality Performance, KPI,
Audit Results, Customer Complaints, CAPA, Risk & Opportunity, and Continual Improvement.
12. Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Production, Technical, R2B, Procurement, Logistics & Warehouse, and other relevant departments to resolve quality issues and drive overall quality improvement.
13. Chemical & Environmental Compliance
Monitor and maintain up-to-date compliance with chemical and environmental requirements, including REACH, SVHC, and RoHS.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain and update relevant compliance documents.
Review and maintain compliance documentation for raw materials.
Prepare compliance information and documentation according to customer requirements.
Monitor changes in applicable regulations and requirements and assess their potential impact on
products.
14. Automotive Core Tools
Possess knowledge and practical ability to apply Automotive Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA,
SPC, and MSA.
Completion of relevant Automotive Core Tools training and possession of related certificates is required.

【Qualification】
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience in QA/QC, Quality Management System (QMS), or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience at Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or equivalent level will be highly preferred.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 and Automotive Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
- Experience with ISO 14001, GRS, or RGS will be an advantage.
- Experience in conducting or coordinating Internal Audits, Customer Audits, and Certification Audits.
- Experience in 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Problem Solving.
- Experience in Quality KPI, Risk & Opportunity Management, and Management Review.
Knowledge & Skills
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, GRS, and RGS, as well as Automotive Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Knowledge of QC Tools and Statistical Analysis.
- Strong capability in Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving.
- Knowledge of Internal Audit and Audit Management.
- Knowledge of Risk Management / Risk & Opportunity Management.
- Knowledge of Continual Improvement and Quality Improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of Calibration and Measuring Equipment Control.
- Strong team management, coaching, and people development skills.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills, including communication with customers and auditors.
Language
- Good command of English, with strong communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese will be an advantage.
