【Job Description】
- Control daily production to achieve production plans with zero accidents and no delays.
- Monitor subordinate performance and ensure compliance with work standards, safety requirements, and company regulations.
- Design, improve, and support production processes, including workflow and production line layout improvement.
- Improve productivity by reducing waste, downtime, defects, and unnecessary processes.
- Analyze problems, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Design and improve tools, jigs, and fixtures to support production efficiency and quality.
- Prepare and maintain SOP, Work Instructions, Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plan.
- Perform process inspections and immediately report and address process or product defects.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement projects for productivity, quality, cost, and safety.
- Maintain compliance with environmental requirements, including wastewater, exhaust emissions, and noise control.
- Maintain a safe and organized workplace through 5S activities.
- Report production performance, abnormalities, and improvement activities to the superior.

【Qualification】
- Bachelors degree in engineering.
- At least 3 years of manufacturing experience and 1 year for supervisor level.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing process and management.
- Knowledge of production process, safety, company rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF 16949 or other national standards.
- English language at communication level.
- Computer skills (MS office, Outlook).
- Supervisory skill, problem solving, time management, teamwork and reporting.
- Quality and quantity mindset, cooperation and team building capability.
- Safety awareness and leadership.

【Allowance & Benefit】
